If someone has an environment in which compute nodes do not have internet connection they can follow:

huggingface-cli download lllyasviel/Annotators --local-dir <checkpoints_dir>

And then using python from the compute nodes:

ControlNetProcessor(<processor>, checkpoints_dir=checkpoints_dir)
